Spectre Roleplay Certificate Ruleset


Pilot Certificate
2.1 - All Pilots who are at least SGT shall know the training protocol.
1.2 - All trainings shall be hosted by a Squadron Leader or a SGT+ with their Squadron Leader's permission and a supervisor from High Command.
1.3 - All trainings shall be approved by High Command.
1.4 - High Command are responsible for all Pilots.
1.5 - To Become Squadron Leader You must be atleast SGM

Medic Certificate
2.1 - All Medics who are at least SGT shall know the training protocol.
2.2 - All trainings shall be hosted by the Medic's Commanding Officer or a SGT+ with SGM's permission and a supervisor from High Command.
2.3 - All trainings shall be approved by High Command.
2.4 - The Medic's Commanding Officer is responsible for all Medics.


Pilot Certificate Training Protocol
3.1 - Ask High Command for permission to host PCT (Pilot Certificate Training).
3.2 - When your request has been approved, group up in formation outside the Venator.
3.3 - Demonstrate the basic controls of the aircraft.
3.4 - Prepare to go through formations.
3.4.1 - Battle Spread formation. Equal to Firing Line.
3.4.2 - Trail formation. Equal to Single Column.
3.4.3 - Wedge formation. Equal to Wedge.
3.4.4 - Fluid Two formation. Aircrafts beside eachother with distance inbetween.
3.5 - Demonstrate and practice formations. Next up prepare for landing.
3.6 - Teach how to communicate with Command.
3.6.1 - Always ask for permission to take off and land.
3.6.2 - Always end your transmission with OUT or OVER.
3.6.2.1 - If someone says OUT, it means they have heard the message and end the transmission.
3.6.2.2 - If someone says OVER, it means they have heard the message but expect a reply back.
3.6.3 - Always state your name in your transmission.
3.7 - Example of Pilot: "Command, Pilot MacArthur ready for takeoff. Transmitting clearance codes, OVER."
3.7.1 - Example of Command: "Pilot MacArthur, Fleet Officer Pete here, we have received your clearance codes. You are clear for takeoff, OUT."
3.8 - Fly out 1 by 1 as a final test. Go through the entire training with them personally and see if they remember their training.
3.9. - If they pass without difficulty, they may be promoted to Pilots.

Medic Certificate Training Protocol
4.1 - Ask High Command for permission to host MCT (Medic Certificate Training).
4.2 - When your request has been approved, group up, preferably in formation.
4.3 - Showcase all basic Medic equipment and demonstrate different situations for every equipment.
4.3.1 - Teach them the appropiate situations to use the equipment.
4.4 - Go through different types of Wounds.
4.5 - Open and Closed Wounds
4.6 - How to treat Open and Closed Wounds:
  • Cleaning, cleaning the wound.
  • Closure, making sure the patient does not bleed.
  • Dressings, usage of topical antibiotics.
  • Alternative Medicine, for example Painkillers.
4.6.1 - Closed Wounds require more attention.
4.7 - Medics are not required to know every single wound, they are however required to know how to treat all wounds.
4.8 - Demonstrate basics of Surgery.
4.9 - How to deal with contamination.
4.10 - Quick runthrough of the whole training. If they pass without difficulty they may be promoted to Medic.

This Certificate Ruleset may be altered at any time to add, remove or change rules as we see fit.
